Down a Freeware Program such as Picasa or IrfanView, or use Microsoft Office Picture Manager. 

All of these programs will have an option available to resize or crop your photos. 

The photo size limit is set to 1000x1000 pixels.

This restriction is necessary to save server space and bandwidth, as well as increase loading times.

Also:  3 Images per Post.  I tested it out and any more images then that the server has a hard time loading them.  With the limit set to 3 and the thumbnail size at 300x300, it loads much more effeciently.  Click on photos to ENLARGE them!

You should also think of using watermarks in your photos!
